I know the reasons(cheaper/accesible) why we bring up guys from the GCL to Jupiter for some games however can someone tell me why we do this the next season?
If the guy does not play that great,I understand if he starts at GBoro the next year. However why do we send the guy down if he has been pitching great and looks like he fits?
Example would be Tyler Higgins this year,he has done pretty well at Jupiter since moved up

Also, Roger Dean is hosting WBC qualifiers in September and tickets for that are on sale as well.

A little bit of history to note: With a 7-5 victory on Wednesday night at St. Lucie, the Jupiter Hammerheads (High Class A; Florida State League) notched the 1,000th win in franchise history.
The Hammerheads were scheduled to play a pair of 7-inning games on Wednesday to make up for a rain out the previous night. However, game one was forced to go into extra innings, and the second was again postponed when inclement weather returned to the area. Brian McConkey went a perfect 3-for-3 with a walk, a run scored and two RBI in Jupiter’s historic win.
The Hammerheads began play in 1998 as an affiliate of the Montreal Expos. In 2002 they became the affiliate of the then-Florida Marlins. The 2012 season marks their 11th year as the Marlins’ farm club and their 15th season playing at Roger Dean Stadium. With their 1,000 win, Jupiter’s overall franchise record stands at 1,000-1,055.Originally posted by Madman81Most of the people in the world being dumb is not a requirement for you to be among their ranks.
