I had to go with James and I think 1-2-3 rankings are fairly easy. ( Doming-James-Hand )
I think it's a big tossup with anything after that and I'll actually have to look into some names before making a decision but Koehler isn't out of reach once you get there.

I am under the belief that James has more upside than Hand. I think in a normal system neither would be in the top 2.

Does anyone have a list from last year on hand?

No, but I can guess rather quickly:

      Stanton
      Morrison
      Dominguez
      James
      Skipworth
      G. Sanchez
I want to say Tucker because I think he still qualified
Galloway, who Beradino insistently has put on the list
      Cousins
and I think Marinez snuck in as the 10th

Going to be pretty close. Hand was not on it, I know that.

          I'm going Hand.

I would be very pleased if James went into Jupiter and matched Hand's production this year. And since Hand has already done it and then closed the season by coming on very strong in the Southern League playoffs after he had already thrown 140 innings on the year -- he gets my vote. Being from Minnesota, his arm is even younger than his age, and I'm betting his dramatic control improvement is a result of a relatively unused arm gaining some innings and not just flukey performance or park factor.
