Matt Tracy, 43rd round, Florida Marlins: The left-handed pitcher had a decent season for the Rebels out of the bullpen. He looked great at times, but sometimes struggled with his command. He’s a big guy (6-foot-4), who can get the ball to the plate in the 87 mph range, so the Marlins likely are eyeing him as a lefty specialist in the bullpen. He’ll certainly listen to what the Marlins are offering. LIKELIHOOD TO SIGN: 65 percent.
