I can't find a way to do that in the contract thing in OOTP, if you can IM me with how to, I can... but I didn't see it

Coulda sworn there was a "last year of contract option year" option kind of thing but I can't find anything either, so I guess not, my bad.

Is it something you guys will be following down the road (i.e. after 3 years can I choose to terminate Chipper's contract), or is it 4 years no argument?

I'd really rather you try to make that determination now, for sake of ease. Given player movement and such, it'd be a somewhat difficult thing to remember down the line.
