      1. When a new owner takes over a team, they must wait a month of sim time before they make any trades. This way they can get to know their team and the relative value of players.

      2. Increased games per sim to keep things moving towards the end of the season and to combat owner disinterest if they are not likely to make the playoffs.

      3. A salary floor.
      This is a Dolphins town, though.
