If we waited to add him until next year and the White Sox do make him a starter, would he be given a starter's endurance then?
I don't know if I'm too thrilled to just replace the second middle reliever. He throws harder than 92-94. He throws 95-97, occasionally hitting 98 with a slider as his second pitch. He also has more potential than 4 stars based on how he pitches and how he showed he could perform. I'd rather him get his own numbers than just replace some scrub righty. If he's not going to get his own page, I'd rather wait until he can get his own.
