Why is this exporting business so complicated? Shouldn't it be automatic?

It should be, that's what's making this so confusing to me. I use OOTP's automatic thing to run the sims and for whatever reason it's having trouble I guess.

I like my minor league system a lot. Some really nice top level talent that could be ready next year with absolutely huge ceilings.
