Dangling Prospect for 5 Mil

I'm looking for 5 mil in cap space

I'm thinking something like Aaron Peel (2 stars, AAA) or Erold Andrus (2 and a half stars, AA).

Easy way to get decent prospects for what essentially amounts to as free, since if you're not using the money anyway it's not of value to you.
