Okay so, regarding Masset/Duran, here's what nny and I decided.

Mainge has been a pretty stand up owner and we don't think he was "out to get" anyone or try to pull something over on anyone. So, considering this is a first offense, we're gonna tack a 2nd round pick from him and 40 lashes.

Additionally, and I did not discuss this with Nny, but did with Mainge. Duran's contract is going to be re-adjusted to average out the 3/45 (so, 15m a year). On that note, as Fip was also pursuing him... if Fip wants to top that, he can have him, per Mainge's statement to me.
