Turner update: He is scheduled to throw a bullpen on Sunday. If all goes well he will start on Wednesday for Jupiter.

With how the Marlins' schedule is configured, after Slowey's start on Sunday, the Marlins will not need a fifth starter until May 3rd against the Dodgers. So, if Turner stays on his schedule he'll throw Wednesday, April 23 then on Monday, April 28. That will put him in line to start for the Marlins on May 3rd.
