I'm not saying ignore the 10 IP where he's been awful, but it would be cool to acknowledge that Brice has had an incredible season with a few hiccups along the way. I without a doubt let him see Jacksonville next season.

Also Justin Bohn is on fire. Batting .341 with month to bring his season average to .300 and OPS to .804. Not a top prospect by any means he's another reason along with Wallach and Romero joining the team as to why Jupiter is playing so much better now than the rest of the season prior.

Man they want that SALLY Title bad-Romero and Wallach back down to GBoro

      interesting decision

they won the first half, so they've already clinched a playoff spot. why not wait a couple more weeks to do it

I actually like the idea of having them play meaningful games, especially the post-season ones. Jupiter is in last place, they're just playing out the string.

But, there's no reason they couldn't have sent them down 2 weeks from now.

There is a certain date in August (I think the 15th) where you can't send guys down anymore. You can call guys up, but can't send guys down. That's why they did it now.

Domingo German hasn't allowed an earned run in his last four starts (14 IP). In 10 of his 22 starts this year he hasn't allowed a run. Dominant year in GBoro.

Heaney seems to be working himself out of that funk that started with his MLB debut. Hopefully he can finish the year strong and earn a starting rotation spot out of spring training next season.

First bad start by Urena in a while.

Wittgren's ERA now 2.91 for the year. First half ERA of 4.55 followed by an ERA of 1.00 in the second half. I'd say give him a look at New Orleans next year and if he does well to start and there are any issues in our 'pen he should be up by May.

I actually disagree about Bohn. I think he could be one of the better prospects in the system.
