Interesting that Dillon Peters completely skipped Greensboro. Elbow injury concerns had him drop to the 10th round two years ago after being considered a top 3 round pick beforehand. 2.26 ERA and 1.97 ERA in his last two seasons at Texas. Definitely seems like a pitcher that could jump onto the radar rather quickly.

Araujo continues to be a nice reliever for us. He was one of the three pitchers grabbed in the Mat Latos trade.

I believe that Peters was actually coming off Tommy John surgery and that is why he fell. Seems like someone to watch. Anderson is also interesting. I hope both get bumped up to Jacksonville at some point this season.

Hood now with 5 HR in 16 games. .985 OPS. Can't wait to see him replace Ozuna in July (kidding).

And yes, great to see our #1 prospect according to Baseball America Stone Garrett back. It's amazing he's our top prospect in a way...Just incredible.

I like Hood. He's good depth for when Stanton gets hurt.

Wow. Back to back 3 for 3 games. Nine at bats reaching base in a row. Don't know if I've seen that from a Marlins 1st round prospect before. OPS up to .831 after this ridiculous stretch.

                        Hood continues to hit.

Mader also continuing to do well in Jupiter.

Fun fact: Moises Sierra, who is in Jax, has been playing minor league baseball since 2006, when he was 16 years old. He wasn't even that awful the last time he played in the majors with the White Sox in 2014. Might not be a real prospect but guy definitely has an interesting career.

Anderson continues to play well in Jupiter (.911 OPS). Have to think if he's playing like this a month from now, he gets moved to Jacksonville.

Between Anderson, Naylor, Garrett and a few of the young arms, at least the lower levels of the system is starting to become more interesting.

When Ichiro gets to 3,000 and leaves,we actually have 5 4th OF waiting in the minors. Kenny Wilson,Destin Hood,Moises Sierra,Yefri Perez,Galloway(Not sure he belongs but FO loves him). All of them but Hood are excellent defensive OF with speed and so so bats.Hood is a power bat who can play the corners

The Gboro team is actually looking like a team with prospects on it. OF-Soto,Garrett,Sullivan,Naylor at 1b,Seymour at SS has also been looking alot better,if he can start hitting we might actually have a SS prospect. Alot of these younger guys just need AB's which they are getting

Anderson is still a head scratcher, has been hitting the ball in Jupiter and Jax has NO 3B(they play a different guy every game) need to move him up now and put Schales back at 3b in Jupiter. Figure out if Anderson is a prospect or if they need to start talking to Prado about an extension

One issue about the pitching arms at Gboro is a few of them are kinda old for the SAL. Alot of the teams put 18-20 yr olds in the league and our pitchers are 22/23-they should be dominant(See Ben Holmes)
