Ya watch for Cishek to Boston during winter for a 3B actually
For a guy who has leg issues, he steals a lot of bases with great efficiency.

Ambivalent on the trade but wondering what the market was looking like for Cishek. It feels like a missed opportunity to not trade him at this point.

Moran was a league average, non-impact bat at 3B.

        We got 3 legitimate pieces.

Wates could be a leadoff hitter in CF (once we trade Stanton and move Ozuna to RF).

Romero's stock has been soaring, they're going to resign McGehee next year no matter what, and we'll trade an arm for an infielder.

Kike is a valuable piece for any team to have, even if he doesn't end up being a starter (which he very well may).
I think it's weird to call Kike and Wates legitimate pieces but not Marisnick and Moran that.

I don't think Marisnick and Moran are that good but I think they're better than Kike and Wates.

The trade is not surprising tho-they had been shopping Marisnick,Dietrich,Pick all around the league hoping to get a young SP.

They had to put Moran in for Dietrich but got a 22 yr old maybe starter at 2B(probably super utility) when they did that

Sure opened his wallet. Can't wait until he sells the team.

Nah,the closer market never dies. Should be able to get the same value if not more in the Winter.

The market was 2 or 3 players with 1 being a Top Prospect and likely a ML Ready BP arm

Cishek for Cecchini would be cool with me.

You have absolutely no fucking clue what his role on this team now nor in the future is going to be just like you have no fucking clue what is going on behind the scenes of the Marlins front office, so quit trying to act like you fucking do.

the major difference being that Keys is hitting .225 at AA
