Nice to see Ozuna hit one out. Hopefully he starts hitting a power surge.

Someone says something like this every time we win a series.

Then we lose the next 4 of 5.

That thread dies when we really pull away.

Even when Stanton doesnt hit. Just having him in our line up helps so much. Im glad we are watchable again.

We'd have to go 15-71 the rest of the season to break the record. I don't care if we still looked shitty like we did in April and May, that's just not gonna happen.

              "we win a series"

we're 12-9 since May 31. not dominant or anything, but we didn't just win a series. All it really takes is one stretch like that in a season to make only winning 40 games close to impossible. We just won 30% of the 40 games the 62 Mets won in 21 games.

we're not losing 120+ games, ship has sailed

              common daft, one time

we'll have more wins than the 62 Mets by the end of July
              --------------------
shit, I forgot it's the 23rd already, end of July might be pushing it a little (we'd need to go 16-14)

I think the only team that's won more games in San Francisco than the Marlins this year is San Francisco.

Yep, Cardinals are 2-1 there (only other home series SF has lost this season)

We're 9-1 in SF in the last 3 seasons. CousinsKarma

Still can't believe that's only Ozuna's second homer.

                      BOYS, calm down.

You guys get a little sensitive about our (ridiculously slim) chances of being the worst ever.

We're bad but we're not historically bad.

I was just commenting on how quickly things get very optimistic.

You guys know deep down I'm a total diehard and always elated when we win.

I'm going to a fucking 12:40 Wednesday game vs the Twins. One time common.

                        Only because of Willingham, obviously.

I actually didn't think of that until you said it.

But it will be good to see the Hammers short legs again.

awsome rehab start by Henderson Alvarez. Looks like he's ready. All of a sudden the team looks fun.
