Anibal pitched incredible. A pattern is forming here.

Leading MLB in 1-run wins (or 2nd in 1 run wins) and Leo gets out of a ton of jams so I'd imagine that regression to the mean is on the horizon.

          Still fun to watch.

Where does the 1-2-3 punch of Johnson, Nolasco, and Sanchez rank in baseball? It's gotta be top five minimum.

              Brewers maybe?

I don't know if this was discussed elsewhere, but hats off to Edwin for not keeping Bonifacio in the lineup just because.

I don't know if that had to do with Bonifacio starting to slump a little or if it's more that Dobbs hit Livan well in the past, though.

Because of the bullpen's strength, I think a statistical overachievement in 1-run games can be expected. Maybe not at this level for the entire season, but I'd imagine we'd be one of the leaders in all of baseball when it comes to 1-run games.

Yeah, over the last several years teams with great bullpens have outplayed their run differentials. The Padres and D-Backs come to mind. The Indians bullpen killed them in 2007 where they had the run differential of a 90 win team but ended up losing 90.
