Good control, decent enough K rate, doesn't get hit hard (.233 career baa). I think he's got a shot.

I mean, he's getting lucky right now with a sub .200 babip, but he's still pitching pretty well (3.15fip).

    I don't think he's a future star or anything, probably a solid #4 ceiling.

I like him more than some of the arms in our system that are ranked higher than him at the moment.

Fair enough, I can see a 4. I'd love to see his K rate where it was last year over a full season of AA.
That was a pretty good trade and not something that was expected by the FO. I think most people saw them extending McGehee. Castillo is also doing well but probably should be in Jupiter.
I don't know if it's a numbers thing but I find it annoying watching guys repeat levels when they did pretty good the first go around.

Nice game so far in Gboro-Up 12-0 and the young guys are finally showing life. Also Jorgan Cavaniero finally called up from Extended ST and looking great

In regards to Flores, he also wasn't that good last year because of how many HRs he gave up. But he pitched in THE worst league when it came to HRs and runs. Even worse than the PCL. California League is crazy. I was definitely happy with that return.

It seems like just about every day I check Rojas has a hit, more likely two+ hits. Love it since there didn't seem to be much to him beyond defense when we acquired him via trade.

Still love following KJ Woods. OPS of .962 in his short time in GBoro. Things will even out soon but he should start displaying some of that power any day now.

Mason Davis has a hit in 16 of his 21 games this year (2 of those hitless games he only had 2 AB's). 7 multi hit games. It's taking him a little bit of time but he's starting to figure out GBoro like I was hoping and expecting he would. I think we'll see his OPS go over .800 by May 20th.

Didn't comment on the previous game line but nice to see a 5 IP 2 ER game from Kolek. He'll have his issues early on but he seems like a really good, but incredibly incredibly raw pitching prospect. With some patience he could become a really good prospect down the line.

Kolek's also one of the 3 youngest guys on that team.
Isael Soto been on the DL, anyone know why? Also anyone think he sticks at Greensboro when NYPL/GCL starts up? And is he expected to stay in centerfield long term?

It's a good thing you clarified that it was not counting today

Could have caused A LOT of confusion

Didn't realize Sadberry started the season in Jupiter. I know he had a small stint in GBoro to start his professional career but they might move him relatively quick. His ERA is down to 3.14 in just 28 2/3 IP this year. He was one of those developed college arms in a group of them that we drafted. Still needs a good deal of work but he's definitely one of the draft picks I liked (another one of those draft picks Holmes had a really sh*tty day).

Mason Davis continues getting multi hit games. Same with Rojas.

It's a little bit disappointing to see some of the struggles Anderson has had in Jupiter, but he's slowly figuring things out. Just might need more time going up the latter than initially hoped.

                            .267 babip for Anderson too

not that that would be enough to make his line that great
