    so, maybe

    but maybe not

teams wanted him when they had to pay his full year salary, but they don't want him now when they have to pay less for him. makes sense, you guys

he's hitting .368/.410/.596 at home and .291/.375/.473 on the road, it's not PCL bullshit

but it's still also a really small sample size

at least worth keeping an eye on, but there's really no spot for him anyway unless Jones got hurt or something

                        He sucks.

                        He's 5 for his last 26 with 4 home runs. It's amusing.

I wanna see him hit 30 HRs with a .180 Batting Average.

They don't give him enough ABs for that.

                            Also, .180 might be high.

Now THAT is the kind of game you like to see from Desclafani. He still seems destined for relief work long term (he'd make one hell of a closer candidate) but he's done a much better job than expected as a starter since joining the Marlins. He's pitched 6 innings every game but once so far (5 innings). Not great so far but really solid. Trevor Williams is also finding a little groove recently.

Those stats for the AAA team look like batting practice. Two guys with multiple home runs and another on top of that. Crazy.

Also feels like Colin Moran never does anything extraordinary in any games he plays. Not worried about him but I'm scared he might be more of the low ceiling that was projected for him instead of the high ceiling.
