    Jupiter: Juancito Martinez, RHP

    Named to the NYPL All Star team

    Martinez, a base stealing threat any time he is on base is tied for fourth in the league with 14 stolen bases. He has three home runs on the season, 12 RBI's, and is second in hits on the Jammers roster with 37. This is Martinez's second All-Star selection, having been previously named in 2009 to the Marlins Dominican Summer League All-Star team.

    Outfielder Juancito Martinez, of the Marlins' short-season Single-A affilitate in Jamestown, earned the MVP award in the New York-Penn League All-Star Game on Tuesday night by going 2 for 2 with a run scored, an RBI and two stolen bases to lead the NL to an 8-1 victory.

        Finished the game for the Jacksonville Suns today. Glad to see he is moving quickly after switching to pitching.
