-Mortgage on AT&T Park is almost paid off. That frees up $18 million annually.
-Zito contract is up after 2013 (wow it's already been 6 years).
-MLB TV contract is up next year.
-A's might not be in the market in five years. Highly unlikely but it would make San Fran the largest single team market.
