That's because CBS and NBC transmit in 1080i. ABC/ESPN in 720p.

I just dislike him because I think he's overrated. Him and Lackey. I don't think they are as good a 1-2 punch as everyone else.

I mean, they are good, don't get me wrong. I just don't think either is an ace.
If you want to bring up the injury thing about beckett, sure. But outside of 2006 (Which also really skews up his career numbers), guy has been one of the best SP in baseball.

                Season/Rank in FIP
                2009: 20th
                2008: 6th
                2007: 2nd
                2005: 11th
                2004: 17th
                2003: 6th
                2002: 25th

                Career outside of 2006:
                8.82 K/9
                2.65 BB/9
3.33 K/BB (I think it's also worth noting that his K/BB is 4.38 the past 3 years, compared to 2.72 as a Fish. But he also gives up more HRs due to league/park changes that it negates it)
                0.87 HR/9
                3.58 ERA
                3.35 FIP

I'd say that's a real good resume to being an ace.

Also, I saw this a few months ago but didn't have a reason to bring it up. I never noticed just how fucking awesome Beckett was in the minors. Last year in the minors: 13 K/9 and 2.2 BB/9 as a 21 year old spending the majority of the year in AA. ggggg

LeBron and Dr. Dre is extremely odd as a pairing.
