Split comes harder, I'd say.

In practicality, though, they have the same break and spin. They also aren't thrown by enough separate pitchers to get different categories, I'd say.

Some of the best splitters (Roger Clemens comes to mind) came clocked in the low-90s. I would never want a change at that velocity.

If you mean harder to hit, then yeah probably.
However, sinkers are usually harder, in terms of velocity.

Several pitchers in the bigs have low 90's, high 80's change ups. Splitters also move more like changeups.

Sinkers are effectively two seam fastballs.

Day off tomorrow, so you've got a starter down there. Sanches can give you 2 or 3, Nunez could probably give you 2. No point in coaching for the 12th and 13th; I'd rather Leo than Mujica.
