Still a 6. While the pitching has been great and the pen is magnificent, the lineup concerns me.

Not as much as it did last week with Boner a full time starter.

With NJ replacing bonifacio, if uggla and/or hermida heat up I'm back to 10. Until then 1

Many categories have disappeared!
Also, Fest, you need to upgrade to Excel 2007 already

7.
Lineup's great, but we need a lefty SP.

I voted 10 based solely on the fact I just saw we're playing the Natinals.
Still a 6. Run differential is still red. It's a psychological hump that must be overcome for me to go higher. And I am very skeptical about the SP holding up past the obvious three. We could have REALLY used Pavano. Hopefully we can grab something that can throw a 1.40 whip on waivers to eat a few innings. or Anibal turns into the incredible hulk.

More or less than last week?
Note there is one correct answer to this question.

This month is going to be really key for a playoff push
They have 4 series with above .500 teams: phillies(3 games), cubs(2), rockies(3), and braves (4)
7 games (4 home/3away) against the struggling Astros(3-7 last ten games). But theyre a tough 2nd half team, but probably have the toughest August in MLB(SF,MIL, FLA, ARI, STL, CHC)
then they got a couple of easy series, against the nats, padres, and to some extent the mets
given that i think we can go 16-12, give or take a game

Love the addition of Nick Johnson, subtraction of Bonifacio, and the solidified bullpen. But we need that #5 starter spot filled with a quality starter. And also my opinion of RVH is still up in the air, 2 more starts before im sold.

Wow, nice to see all the guys joining Matt Wilson and I in the 10 category. Welcome guys!
I love the way this team is playing right now. Even with a bad performance from Badenhop, they never quit and rallied to tie it. We've also managed to overcome the errors and LOB and take our last 4 series' since being swept by the Phillies (who are coming back down to earth). I'm also loving our 1-4 and think we can cover the huge questionmark that is our #5 starter.

I still maintain that they are not much better than us. They were just EXTREMELY hot coming into our previous series with them. I've been saying all along that this division is still far from over. I mean, don't look now, but we're only five games back with a big series against them on the horizon.

The Phillies lineup puts ours to shame but our rotation is prolly better depth-wise

But WHO exactly is going to be that 5th guy?? Any potential waiver wire moves? Of just wait for either Miller or Anibal to be healthy?
I really don't imagine hensley being any worse than any serious waiver guy
--------------------
i mean it'd be making a move for the sake of making a move
just go with what you have
anibal probably only needs 2 more rehab starts? going by normal deduction. yeah yeah it's banking on anibal but at this point he's the best option
--------------------
but actually
odalis perez?
gives us lefty and always put up good enough FIPs
again would take a month of starts to build up his arm
but would be back up plan to anibal
then again this is odalis perez we're talking about

I dont mean picking up a free agent, i meant making a waiver-clearing trade. Not sure if you misunderstood that.
