Chris Volstad has fucking options left and Nate Robertson (I'm pretty sure) doesn't, so you have to DFA him to send him down. If both are equally shitty (and they were) you can at least try to see if one can get better because he has options. You don't not send him down to try and get better just because another guy has been as bad as him and doesn't have options and can't be sent down.
